Mecca's Message for July 1997

Let Freedom Ring

July is the month that America celebrates her birthday, and declares her independence from any foreign country in the world. It is celebrated with activities all over the nation with picnics, barbecues, fireworks, and for many of its citizens, a mini three day vacation. However, in truth, it cannot be adequately described in words in the physical world. It reflects in the actions, events and activities in our personal lives, but cannot be actualized or fulfilled until it is touched by the soul and manifested through the creative thought process of man.

The forefathers of America used their intuition, combined with their creativity, to draft the Declaration of Independence, which expressed their thought process to let the freedom of its citizens and duality of the nation to live a life full of expression and accomplishment.

Throughout our history, the concept of independence has been taken to higher levels by assisting other countries to experience the joy and individual peace afforded to every person who is making his personal journey on the planet.

The month of July is also the time to take stock of our country's accomplishments and see if it balances with the thoughts of the men who wrote the Declaration of Independence.

Those people who have visited our website know that planet MJAM acknowledges Michael Jackson as a Master of our time and generation. Masters are profound teachers who educate the masses through their many crafts which let freedom ring throughout the planet.

One of Mr. Jackson's vehicles in sending out messages is reflected in his creative writing. In his autobiography, Moonwalk, there is a powerful clue in advancing the continuity and success of the planet. Like all the messages of the masters, it is dynamic in its simplicity and clarity. He states, "The present affects the past."

If we stay in the present, with the advancements of technology, especially in the field of communication, as we are embarking on the twenty-first century, it's time to give the nation and its citizens a grade. How do we grade the accomplishments of our country? In taking the clue from Michael Jackson, it is pertinent to evaluate our present use of technology and balance it with the precepts of the forefathers of our country. If we have used our creative process to extend technology to work in harmony with the independence, afforded us in the Declaration of Independence, through the proper usage of technology and the creativeness that abounds within each individual, we deserve a high mark. If, through our manifestations, we have limited the creative thought process of the individuals who make up the nation, and have not taken the lesson of the master and balanced it with the past, we haven't affected those honorable men of the past in a positive way.

Hopefully, as we celebrate the birth of our nation, we can tell others of the master's message, and that we have been successful as individuals, and united as a nation, according to the teachings of the masters of a past generation.
