We are truly into the new year, as we have witnessed the diversification of nature's manifestations. We have experienced the crisp coldness of winter, and the warmth of the sun as it begins to bring forth the delicate foliage and greenery in lawns and plants. It exhibits the creativity of man as the perennial flowers burst forth and make their annual appearance, adding color to the soil of our gardens. A stark contrast exists in taking a ride and noticing the dryness of the hillsides and lushness of the mountains with their tall pine trees.
Nature always exhibits creativity with a system that reminds man of a sense of consistency, and applies artistry according to a specific form and intent. Man, being a creature of the same creation, does his best to take the formula from the master example of Nature. But, unlike nature, he does not keep the true intent of his creation in mind as his time on the planet progresses.
While it is in harmony with growth and expansion to advance a basic principle to higher levels, sometimes man advances a basic creation to a point that it looses its true intent and significance.
For the citizens of America, the middle of April bears a sharp reality. It is the time of income tax, and the citizens reimburse the country for the services it provides to enhance their individual lives. It is also a time of reflection and stress. Such questions enter the mind: Where did all my income go? With living expenses, how do I meet this obligation? Such thoughts enter the mind, that the cost of living is too high, and it takes all the working income to simply get by. Man easily forgets the pure intent of the true purpose of money, and the reason for which it was created.
Man's creativity established a symbol to represent the extent of his labor and services to his fellow man. In truth, money is an advanced form of bartering. We see its advantages as we import and export goods and natural resources.
Nature follows universal principles. She works to maintain a balance, and so it should be with one of Her most prized creations -- mankind. The balance for man is to always be mindful of the intent of nature's creation and the use of his own creativity. The balance is in the use of the symbol of money, to keep and use it in proper perspective. The symbol is representative of work done, and the corresponding advantage of being privileged in obtaining the creativity of others -- whether it is a nation, company, or an individual.
A point to remember that the symbol and labor must be in harmony, and create the proper balance.
